Talapia Merah Masak Asam Pedas!

I am not a great cooked but a great eater. hahahaa!!! But sometimes i did love to cooked on my own recipe. Here it is, my own, ikan talapia merah masak asam pedas!

First fried ginger, lemon grass, onion, garlic, dried chilli and asam jawa. The aroma of the fried spices was soooo yummy!







Then put the fish inside pan so the spice and the fish mixed together. Close the pan for 2 mins.










Then pour some water, add salt, aji no moto, and if you love the sweet taste put a bit of sugar. Close the pan and let it boiled for 5 mins.







And now, taaaarraaaa!!! Ready to serve and eat. This is my today lunch menu. Ikan Talapia Asam Pedas and Deep Fried Ikan Kelapa.


After the lunch, have some sweet pineapple. Yummy!! Yummy!!!
