i am the celcom broadband user. As can remembered, this whole month, celcom broadband conncetion at my area (miri, Sarawak) was really really bad especially at night time. Most of the night, hardly to connect and if it can connect it was only for a while. Then take a long time to connect it back. And i as a night time user feels it was really unfair for me to pay RM98 for the very poor service!!! Please do something!!!!
Hah!! Melepas geram awal2 pgi. I email celcom team. Anyone out there who have the same problem with me, meh kita email celcom ramai2 to careline@celcom.com.my Tak worth kan we pay full amount and yet the service very very poor. We only can use their service roughly only 20% for the month. It can't be accepted if they said the service is only poor during night time but we as the user, we got the right to have the good service 24 hours long! And if they said the poor service is temporary, so rebet us back lor the payment for the whole poor service!! Aiyaaa.... i forgot to email them to rebet back the amount during the service intruption.
