


1.Foochow Mee Sua
2.Chicken
3.Boiled eggs


Fried the ginger and after get the aroma of ginger perfectly fried, put the chicken and fried about 5 mins.

Then put the chicken into the bowling water to make a chicken soup (for the mee soup).


Boiled plain water, then put the mee sua for bout 1 mins then wash the mee with cold water then put into boiling water again for another 1 mins.


Put the mee together with the chicken soup. Taraaa.... ready to eat. Mostly people will fried the chicken with the red wine but as for me, i didn't take wine, just a chicken soup is more than enough :)
